Celerity specializes in building adapters that enable external applications to integrate with the Epicor Eclipse application. Our front-end portal provides clients access to configuration settings for each adapter, as well as visibility to data routed through the connectors. We leverage the OpenQM Database for its own back end with its presentation layer being an api driven vue.js application.
Roles / Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be proficient with multi-value database development and will be working predominantly within the Rocket Universe environment. Many of our clients leverage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to exchange documents between their systems and third parties, so familiarity with ANSI X12 standards and messaging structures is a key requirement for this position, as is a solid understanding of JSON and XML.
We follow published programming standards and leverage git version control and code release practices across all layers of the application, including Universe. All interfaces are documented, with documentation and swagger pages being maintained in Confluence.
Requirements:
· 5+ years Multi-Value database development experience

What You’ll Do
We’re looking for a highly motivated, problem-solving Data Analyst who is excited to play an integral role in our rapidly growing Technology team. At Celerity, we experiment, iterate, learn, and repeat. Most importantly, we build a platform our clients love. As a member of the Technology team, you will be responsible for helping to deliver the best data solution and tooling to support all data needs across the company. The ideal candidate is obsessed with data modeling, data accuracy, and overall system performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Maintain and extend our data warehouse in order to support various data needs from our internal teams.
Design and iterate on data modeling to achieve a great balance between simplicity and robustness.
Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines between various data sources and our analytics vendors.
Monitor the operation of our data pipelines and reporting services, troubleshoot any failures and deploy fixes in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other functional group leaders to develop solutions to support growing business needs.

Celerity is looking for individuals to join our Data Engineering team. As part of the customer’s on-boarding process, the Data Engineers are responsible for extracting data from other systems, using a variety of techniques, and importing into our product. This role will work with customers, consultants and other members of the on-boarding team to ensure a smooth and timely transition for the customer. Basic knowledge of C# and SQL will make you a great fit and give you a leg up in creating and maintaining our various tools and utilities used for migrating data.
What You’ll Do
Meet with clients or management to understand data migration requirements and needs
Strategize with Onboarding team and Project Managers to plan an entire project, including moving the data and converting content as necessary, while surfacing product differences that could impact user experience
Audit existing data systems and deployments and identify errors or areas for improvement
Cleanse or translate data so that it can be effectively moved between systems, apps, or software
Perform the direct migration of data, which may require process or coding adjustments
Test the new system after the migration process, to ensure that the balances in reconcile with the original system, as well as identifying errors and/or points of corruption
Communicate any post-conversion activities that need to performed by the customer to deal with any data related issues
Document everything from the strategies used to the exact migration processes put in place—including documenting any fixes or adjustments made
Develop and propose data migration best practices for all current and future projects
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for all migrated data
Continually preserve the confidentiality and security of customer data and information
What We’re Looking For:
Targeted Experience
1+ year experience in IT, Supply Chain, Data Management, Finance or Accounting
Basic and foundational knowledge in SQL and C#
Understanding of data mapping and data normalization
1+ year with AWS S3
1+ year experience with ETL software such as CLEO, MuleSoft, Informatica, etc
Able to quickly analyze issues and determine best course of action using available resources
High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
